The areas where delivery is not possible include: FM, AP, MP, AK, PR, AS, AA, HI, MH, VI, GU, PO-BOX. Packages with the first three digits of the postal code being the following numbers will not be delivered: 996, 995, 997, 998, 968, 967, 006, 007, 008, 009.
After-sales Rules
1. No returns or refunds will be accepted without valid reasons.
2. For any after-sales issues caused by product quality problems, if a refund is required, please provide valid evidence and contact us for negotiation and resolution.
3. The after-sales claim period starts from the date of receiving the product and lasts for 15 natural days. Claims will be directly rejected if the period exceeds 15 natural days.
